These terms apply when you use Values Architect. By creating an account, you agree to them.

What Values Architect is, and isn't

Values Architect is a self-reflection tool. It uses AI to help you explore and describe your own values. It is not therapy, counselling, medical or psychological advice, or a diagnostic tool, and it is not a crisis service. If you need support, please contact a qualified professional; if you're in crisis, contact a local crisis line or emergency services.

AI-generated content

Questions, reflections and reports are generated by AI from what you tell it. They can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as suggestions to consider, not conclusions about who you are. You can correct anything, and you decide what your map says.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Values Architect.
• Keep access to your email account secure: it's how you sign in.
• Don't use Values Architect to harm anyone, to break the law, or to try to get around its limits or security.

Your content

You own what you write and the map you create. You give us permission to store, process and display it (and to send it to our AI provider) only so we can provide the service to you, and to show it to people you share it with.

Payments

• Quick maps, deep dives and upgrades are one-time payments for a single map. There is no subscription.
• Prices are shown before you pay and may include taxes where required.
• If something goes wrong with your map (for example, the conversation fails and can't be completed), contact us at hello@valuesarchitect.com within 14 days and we'll put it right or refund you.

Beta

While Values Architect is in beta, features may change, and things may occasionally break. Beta invite codes are personal and work once.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Values Architect available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you notice and time to download your maps.
